Kids had fun. People were nice. AJ was a good host

This was the second year in a row that I had my son’s birthday party at Sky Zone. It’s the best place to celebrate a kid’s birthday! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Plus, the price is about what I would spend if I had the party at home — but without the hassle! I literally recommend it to everyone.

Great location for our year end soccer team party. Good communication and excellent support from the staff.

My 9 year old son wanted to have his birthday party at Sky Zone. It was very easy to book the party online. When I realized I had made a mistake with the date that I booked, the staff was friendly and helpful in changing the date. Everything was clearly communicated to me leading up to the party. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived for the party.

We held our sons birthday here. Overall we had a nice experience. The only things that were lacking in regards to hosting a party here were the food restrictions and pricing. No outside food is allowed therefore we could not accommodate those children who didn’t eat pizza including my son, the birthday boy. We were asked if we wanted to bring a separate meal for those with allergies but it would not be fair to the other children. All I wanted was to bring a small tray of nuggets which is a finger food and not messy at all. There are other locations such as Jump who are not strict about outside food or taping things to the wall. Also for more jumpers other locations were cheaper. I would go here for open jump for my toddlers but I would not host another party here or recommend parties to others. However our hosts were friendly and great the entire time.

Booking the birthday party for my son was extremely easy. All staff members were very friendly and professional, everything was perfectly organized.
