I felt from check in through the end of our party the staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive. During our jump time the staff on the courts were paying close attention and helped intervene when our group of 10 got a little too excited and forgot to follow a rule. During the party room time the staff member assigned to our room kept our pitchers refilled without having to be ask and was on hand immediately to clean up a spill. I really enjoyed the ease of this experience and would definitely return in the future for parties

Very organized party-I loved that we had a host and we were notified of details on personnel available to assist. Pizza was excellent! Our host was so great!

We had a terrific party! Thank you for all you do! One suggestion would be offering a short time period for a party group to have their own time for dodgeball and time for wipe out so that they party group can all play together. Just one round would have been fun.

The workers were very friendly and social. The games were super fun especially the obsicle coarse. When the pizza oven was not working they delivered with an awesome alternative quickly.

Booking and signing waivers online was very easy and convenient. Upon arriving, the staff member who assisted us with checking in was knowledgable about the process, and made checking in, easy. Our party assistant was very friendly and helpful. Everyone had fun, feon the children age 4, to the adult children. Age 55.

The kids loved the glow jump! The music was great and so was the most of the staff. The pizza was horrible though.

The workers were all super friendly and helpful. Your pizza was really good-way better than I expected to be honest. Overall the price was excellent except for the upcharge for the paw patrol theme. I expected more than just cups/plates/napkins for that price. I love that they set up and cleaned up.

I've had several birthday parties for my boys here and have always been satisfied - super easy and reasonable! Only issue was not a returned phone call about booking the party initially.
