I did not like that although I was offered free drinks and popcorn my guests had to all buy drinks and snacks because we had no access to room; this was embarrassing. The cost was very high and we had to order outside pizza ...everyone was starving and we could not just grab pizza from stand. It was very expensive and do not think the price was valued with service.

Bc while in the party room I was expecting more entertainment or games organized for the party and the kids. Instead the employees servicing the party just laid out the party plates and table cloths and passed out food. I would of liked them to setup some interactive games the kids could have played. After we ate we had a half hour of dead time that could Of been used Entertaining guest...

We had the 90 min jump package. My only complaint was that there was nothing for the children to drink for the hour and a half they were jumping. You should have at least a water jug available for the children.

SkyZone was overly priced, the chicken tenders & lemonade tasted nasty. The staff helping at the party room were not the friendliest. We still had some time left in the room but we felt as if we were being kicked out. The rest of the event was great, kids had a great time.

Good morning, The only thing I didn't like it was how the Party Pro managed the party room. It was too small for the people in my party and as soon as we finished with the cake (which we blow the candles and 2 minutes later they took it to cut it, they didn't give me time for pictures), I asked for 30 minutes of extra jumping, they sent me to the check in register to pay for that (which take a while because they have to check all the waivers again!) and when I came back, there was still 15 minutes left in the room and the Party Pro was already cleaning the room, with no option for anybody to have another piece of cake or a drink. I felt it was not right for the money we spent in the party!

There is always room for improvement!

I felt clostophopic in party room too small for 16 kids and parents along the wall not good girls could barely move around bigger room needed if more than 10 kids
