The birthday party was easy to organize and fun.

Planning a surprise birthday party for my wife was fun and easy, and the staff was very knowledgable and accommodating. The rental of the party room for the duration of the party was a necessity for my guests, and food and drink were awesome.

The price is too high.

Overall we are satisfied. It was just the party host that can be more friendly to the kids. The role of the host is to provide services that will make the party better/happier. She refused to mix fruit punch and sprite for the kids even though I (the mother) was okay with it. I did it myself because I don't see any harm in letting the kids be happy. It wasn't hurting anyone nor was it dangerous. My suggestion is for the host to focus on bettering the party not on herself.

The party room wasn’t really ready when the kids headed up. Pizza/food should have been plated prior to kids coming up. I offered to do it but was told that the party planners had it. Kids are crazy and impatient so I’m used to having everything done ahead of time. Otherwise it was a great party

I had to pay for my son at his birthday party when he already had a summer pass. He should have been free. A guest got hurt jumping over those barriers in the open jump room.

Had to go in person to book the birthday party because there was no answer when I called. It is difficult to get a live person on the phone.

I wasn’t satisfied that I was being charged an extra child when the said child was 1 years old he jumped in the start for like 15 min but had to pay for him.

Overall a great experience. The only discomfort I can say was that it was pretty warm for the amount of children that were jumping. It could’ve been cooler.

Party room could have been 60 min. But I knew prior to booking
