Team members were extremely polite and helpful. The food was perfect and the room organized and clean. It made the kids’ experience as well as the parents’ perfect for my 4 year olds birthday.

Staff was curtious & friendly. There was enough staff working so that both dodge ball courts could be open. Our party could play dodge ball for the full 90 minutes, without having to move off of the court. The boys had a lot of fun!

We were extremely pleased with our entire experience! Our party host Noah, Juliana and Shaq were extremely knowledgeable and helpful the entire time! My only negative is that for my sons age (5) I felt I would have liked some guided activity instead of free jumping and the 90 minutes was a bit too long. Otherwise we are so pleased with our experience and everyone had a great time!

Both Morgan and Noah, our party hosts, were amazing. They made my daughter's birthday extra special by going out of their way during the party. We had friends and family said this was one of the best birthday parties they attended.
