From walking in t2ye door to the end of my son party everything was great

The staff were kind, enthusiastic, quick to respond. The set up was quick and the food was yummy! So much easier than hosting a party for young kids at home. Thank you!

The customer service was very accommodating and all the kids had a ball. They didn't want to leave!

Kids and adults had a great time Staff for the most part were friendly Hostess for the party was very attentive

Flexible with their schedule, we were able to adjust our jump time since guests were late. Kids had a blast and the party room was clean.

The team members were amazing. All the attractions were open. Every one was attentive and helpful

Shania was great with the kids. The kids loved it. Thhis was my first time there and it was great.

Everything was wonderful until 3/4 done with the party. We were told we had the room until 330 at 310 we were told the next party was there and we needed to get our things packed to leave. The park was so crowded our small children were being tackled or hurt on the trampolines because bigger children were bouncing them out of there squares or tackling them when they went through the square that HAVE BEEN JUMPING IN. We were told we could go back to jump to finish our time (so we would get out of the room) but when we did we were told our jump time was over and we didn’t have clearance to jump anymore. Then when the issue was dealt with we had maybe 5 minutes till our time was actually SUPPOSED to be up. While we were jumping the team member said 1 person per square which I told him I was going to jump with my 2 year old because he had already been hurt by the older kids and the team member was protecting him so I was. I paid over $300 for my sons (3rd) birthday party for 3-4 children in the group to leave being pushed or bounced by the big kids.

Well, I was given a time that was not honored. Then we ended up getting in the room late which threw the whole party off. The children and people enjoyed their jump experience, having a late entry int the room prevented people from being able o stay the entire time.
