Great job overall by staff members. Good party package, good follow up and organization. A bit pricey per kid, but not a deal breaker. I also wished depending on birthday kid’s age that the kids under 2 and their parent/assist jumper could be discounted or free-if maybe 1 and under. Not much for them to do and they don’t have the attention or the care for a hr of jumping.

All of the staff at SkyZone made our visit an extremely pleasant one. The expectations were clearly stated at the beginning and the staff members were willing to accommodate with whatever we needed. Our church group has been to SkyZone before and we plan to come back again in the near future.

I have always come to this sky zone with my sone but having his friends and family there made his day

From the moment we arrived the staff was really helpful explaining the process and answering any questions we had. I actually appreciated that they allowed our guest to go ahead and jump as they arrived and they did not have to wait for 2:30pm on the dot to begin. They were very helpful throughout the complete event. We always bring out kids here and plan to continue to do so.

The party room host had amazing interaction with the kids. The party room was very spacious and had the added video gaming option which was nice. Everything was well scheduled.
