Our attendant (Natalie) was the best, she was knowledgeable, helpful, suggestive and fun of smiles she really made the difference. It was like she stayed with us the whole time even though she didn't, but every time I turned around or needed to know something she was right there with smile and the answer!!!

Brian our party host was very friendly, effective and overall a pleasure.

Alex! She was fabulous and made this such a wonderful experience. I will recommend hosting parties at Sky Zone to all of my friends because the whole team was so professional with great customer service. But truly Alex was the best!!

We were very satisfied with our service and the person who helped us. She tried everything to communicate with us even though some of us used American sign language.

Our host Alex made all of the difference. I have been here many times for parties and Alex was the only one who has been on top of the action and ready and set with enough drinks. Others, I would have to prompt to get drinks, or help serve food. She is also bilingual which helped because I had non-English speakers as part of my group.

My daughter party was a big hit. The kids all enjoyed the ease of going anywhere they wanted, dodgeball court and my daughter especially loved the ninja warrior course. My team member was such a big help and he fit right in. My parents loved the food and really the party. Thanks again.

Host was really helpful and knowledgeable. First time at the location and was very pleased with the experience.

The ninja warrior course was long and there wasn’t a lot for my two year to do since the toddler area was closed. This is not the fault of anyone at SkyZone, but some of our party kids went off and did their own things and some of my sons friends couldn’t come so it wasn’t quite the unified time with friends experience we looked forward to. Our birthday employee was very nice, and even though our group was small he helped entertain the kids by teaching them a game. I would have appreciated more communication about how we will use the room time. At first the kids were bored, but again that’s not SkyZone’s fault, I realized I should have planned games or something.

Catering menu was not available online. Had to text multiple times to receive clarification about menu items.

Lack of food choices for party, and pizza overpriced. Party host should be allowed to bring outside food at no charge, given the total cost of the party.
