Our visit went very well. Our host was amazing and she was proactively engaging me to ensure we were ready for the party room. She was friendly and very helpful!

The party was super simple to book. The staff was very accommodating and the kids had so much fun. Last but not least the check out was super easy.

Our party host was great! She catered to our needs and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The venue was very clean and the check in process was easy. My son had a blast and all of the party guests had a great time. I have already recommended this place to others for birthday parties.

The Manager and my party hosts were excellent! The only problem we had was that a gift was not placed on our cart but it was found and the Manager called me back the next day. Suggestion: I received several emails from different staff members before the event who were all very helpful but the guest list I emailed never got to our location. I overheard some staff members saying that they never are made aware of emailed guest lists so it would be nice if they can be notified beforehand since I had to handwrite about 40 names for them when I got there.

Skyzone was very accommodating and made party planning easy. Our host, Alex, was AMAZING! She took care of all the little details! Most importantly, the kids and adults had a blast!

Ease of booking, helpful staff, friendly staff, well-maintained facilities, professionalism. Overall a great experience. My only criticism has to do with this particular location. When a birthday group arrives they are directed to wait in a high traffic area until checkin time. It gets chaotic and is a safety issue when parents are dropping off or picking up kids in the care of the party hosts. I’d suggest moving the waiting area to a place that out of the way where party hosts are better able to ensure all kids are picked up by parents.

Having a party there is very easy & convienant

I love the fact that the party hostess was always checking in with me to make sure I didn’t personally need anything. I was at so much ease knowing that I didn’t have to do anything the day of the party except bring a cake. I would love to have another party at sky zone in the future.

I love that all we had to do was show up and everything was taken care of. The kids have so much fun and it's very low pressure on the parents. Our party hosts were so friendly and helpful and kept on top of everything perfectly.
