I am highly satisfied with my experience with sky zone because, they were very respectful. Cleanness and they always had everything so I didn’t have to stress and did not miss one minute of my kids party

The ease of booking the party on short notice, the accommodations made, the staff friendliness and willing to help, and Patrice (our designated birthday helper) being so nice, patient, and helpful were all reasons everyone had a great time.

Very easy to schedule the party. Attendant was responsive to our needs/requests. Kids had a great time.

Amir and Jamie were helpful and so very kind during our party. I appreciated them both so much.

Our hostess Kia was very personable and attended to our party with professionalism. She made sure that the birthday boy enjoyed his time there. The souvenir t-shirt was overlooked, however that does not take away from the overall time there.

First of all, the two people who helped with our party (are they hosts?) were outstanding!! They were attentive and excellent with the 19 children at the party!!!

Absolutely worth it to entertain a group of children with different interests. The kids all had fun, the adults loved that they could see the entire arena and feel engaged from the party section. The equiptment was kept up and the entire place seemed cleanly. What absolutely sealed the deal was our amazing party host, it was such a relief to be able to enjoy my child's birthday for once instead of running around trying to keep everything going and everyone fed and entertained. She was on top of everything from schedules to clean up and she even jumped with the kids, which they thought was pretty cool. 100% we would do this again.

Great customer service

The hostess, Madison, was great!!! Extremely patient with the young children. She was a very good host. The entire process was smooth and convenient!
