The soda machine was not operating. There were only a total of 4 balls for Dodgeball. We paid for the ultimate party with a separate jump area and the boys could not play Dodgeball because there weren’t enough balls. I was told by 3 employees that balls were under the bounce areas and up in the rafters. Completely inexcusable.

Our birthday party was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and my daughter had a great experience. My biggest issue was that she was NOT allowed to open her presents with her friends there. This policy was and still is mind blowing to me. I want my child to learn and practice gratitude. Also, opening them at home was definitely not the same experience as opening them at the party. Very disappointing. Although I was happy with the staff, I was disappointed the manager would not allow this to happen. There was also no other parties upstairs while we were there so it would not have affected anyone else. This policy made zero sense to me and many others that I spoke to about it.

I felt like the kids needed more jump time. The party felt rushed. We couldn't put our stuff in the room unless it went in that box and then we couldn't access our purses. Also, the pretzels were stale. They were really awful. For the price, you could at least nuke the pretzels before putting them out. Super dry. Like they were refrigerated. Also, explaining what check in was would have been helpful. I thought only the party host had to check in a half hour early, not the guests.

A lot of the reason we booked sky zone was for the virtual reality none of which were working.

Had to wait a while for the harnessed climb as only one person was working that area.

Facility is great, food and drinks were horrible

I booked a party and had ordered a fruit platter. The associate on the phone confirmed this with me ahead of the party and provided me a balance due that clearly included the charge. At the party, the fruit platter wasn’t served with the other food. I asked about it, and our helped said the fruit platter wasn’t on the order slip. We didn’t get charged for it, but it was disappointing to not have this as a supplemental food item.
