Such an easy kids birthday party! The employees were very helpful. The only negative was the online reservation was glitchy - it took me several tries over about a week for it to go through.

For my first birthday event in skyzone everything went smoothly. Our hosts were on point . All the staff was polite, patient and very kind to my guest and myself. All my guests enjoyed my daughters birthday. As my daughter herself enjoyed every second.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so very accommodating. We arrived early in order to be sure waivers were signed, etc and that process went so smooth, we had extra time to wait. The manager was extremely nice and let the kids start jumping early. The kids had a blast, running from one activity to the next! This is such a great environment with differing activities for differing abilities. As a parent, I appreciate the massage chairs! :) During our time in the birthday party room, we were served by a respectful host who not only did a great job with the pizza and drinks but had also arranged the kids shoes in a way that would be easy for them to access. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I will absolutely recommend SkyZone in Asheville to anyone I know, even though we live over 1.5 hours away - it is worth the drive!

When I booked the party I called and asked questions. They were answered. When we arrived the staff was very friendly. I was greeted by I think his name was Heath that did our party and he was very professional. It was such an enjoyable party for my son!!!
