Too much confusion with the times I paid for and birthday time in the party room. I even spoke with the person who set it up a few hours before the party! The person helping us in the room kept telling me that she did not have that information, and I did, as I kept the confirmation email along with the extra hour of jumping that was added to my bill. The employees were busy on their cell phones , flirting with other staff/jumpers or talking among each other. Dodgeball, lots of swearing and intentional hurting, kids of all ages were there, not just the older kids/teenagers. Staff should've been more mindful of what was going on, making the teams fair and allowing the younger children to be a part of the game. Children were wrestling, and I told a staff member, who just told me that they were playing around. Their faces were beet red and although it may have been playing, that was not the time or place. She continued to talk with the 3 other boys that were around instead. I did appreciate the one at a time areas, where the staff were engaged with the kids and helpful to those who were scared. Thank you to those staff!

Our party hosts were friendly and the male did great with the kids on the court, but I was surprised he did not follow the rules set for the kids and were hard to find when we wanted to wind things up with the kids and pass out party bags.

The party host, Colin was great with the kids and helped with everything in the party room as well.

One of my guests was injured. It seemed like the net was not tight enough to stop him from hitting his tailbone on the floor at the ninja warrior course I also was hoping to trade out a younger guest for an older guest that was late to the party. I was told I could but then I was still charged for 2 additional jumpers instead of just one.

The staff could have been a bit more friendly and they made me feel as if I was a bother when I asked questions.
