I felt everything was communicated well. Everyone got ample time to jump. The food was simple and tasted great. The kids had plenty of time for cake and presents and just when everyone was getting tired it was time to go home. I felt the price was great for how much you could do. Will do a party with sky zone again!

Everything went smoothly and the kids had a fantastic time! At check in, there were several (4-6) people behind the counter that didn’t pay a whole lot attention to the quickly growing line. I had to ask two different time if they would help check in and they seemed indifferent about the mass of people in front of them. Otherwise it was a great experience. And just to note that the girls at the front weren’t rude, just maybe too young to work at the appropriate pace without some kind of management around.

We were jumping with multiple small children and we were all in our own square but then all of a sudden a new team member came over and wouldn’t let us be close or help the kids.

The party went so smoothly from start to finish. The kids had a great time jumping. There are plenty of activities and there were not long waits to do the activities. The pizza and cake were good.

It was a very easy to book my daughter's birthday party at skyzone. My questions were answered quickly and informed me of what I wanted to know. At the party all the staff was helpful. The place was clean and suited what I expected for her party.

The server we had was very friendly and helpful. Our party room was very clean and ready upon arrival. All of the kids had so much fun jumping before we sat down. The time frame of the party and jump time was perfect. Great job SkyZone

We had an amazing time and Arionna and Bryson were amazing with our birthday party check in, setup and clean up! Super easy birthday party and everyone had a blast!
