Expensive, children were running around before party began since there was no host during this time; there should be an activity as they wait. Fear of getting hurt running on bleachers. Jeremiah was awesome host.

When I booked my son’s birthday party, we had scheduled for 2:00 with a 1:30 check-in, which my confirmation e-mail also showed, however, when a team member called a few days prior, they said the arrival time was 12:30 for a 1:00 jump time. I didn’t make a big deal of it because at the time we only had a couple guests, but I did have to notify each guest of the time change when they RSVP’d and luckily it was fine for everyone so it worked out, but the time change was initially frustrating. Secondly, I realized that we weren’t given the candles we took to put on the cake so I called the next day and left a message but I still haven’t gotten a call back. Not a big deal but I could’ve used them again. I’m more disappointed in the lack of proper event organization given the time change.

Only one host in birthday room. She needed help giving food, refilling drinks, etc. Too big a party for one person.
