The name of the party was listed as the adult booking the party not the child's name. Even after that was noted, there was little concern that the child's birthday was not the focus and the party was considered the adult's party, not the child's party. Otherwise, this was an outstanding experience.

I was highly satisfied with our visit. It was for my kids birthday party and everyone had a grand old time. The kids loved jumping.

Dodgeball was not being regulated appropriately. Small kids were getting hit in yjr face, balls in dodgeball area need to be foam balls, not playground balls. Bathrooms were not clean.

Pricing is high compared to similar places. Food in particular. Length of time in the party zone was too short and we were rushed!

The person I talked to the last time, one day before the party, had the wrong order of pizzas that I ordered the first time I called. And the same day of the party, they still had the wrong information about the amount of food I requested, which made confusing to calculate the amount I was going to pay at the end. Also, the birthday host did not do much to make my daughter feel special on her birthday.

The party people in charge of our party were not amazing! We have had a previous party here and had amazing service. Check in is very hard with a group.

The party was extremely expensive. Also, the birthday girl has many allergies and the rules against bringing in food for the entire party meant that she had to eat something different from everyone else at her own party.

Prior to this birthday party we had only attended toddler times to jump, as we have toddlers ourselves. Those jump times are very different than the party at a non-toddler time. It would be great to have more toddler birthday times available for weekends because it was very loud, very crowded and overwhelming to the little kids- even though we had booked the first available party time for that day.

Super friendly staff, and in particular our party helper. Easy for a party since you do it all’ Kids love it - 8 kids that were 6/7 and my 12 year old who I had fun jumping with
