I had not been in Sky Zone prior to booking my daughter's party. For the cost of the party, I expected that we would have an area set aside specifically for the party attendees to jump. Had I known that the group of kids would be roaming around the general jump zone, it is unlikely that I would have booked the party.

Kids had a ball and that's the main point.

The team member assigned to us was very nice, but kept forgetting details for our party. For example, he forgot to ask the kids to use hand sanitizer when they entered the room. We ordered two pitchers of lemonade, but he initially only brought one pitcher and no cups. He also forgot to bring the cupcake plates. Also, he asked my daughter what she wanted to watch on the monitor and then pulled up some videos on YouTube. He should have asked approval from me or my husband first - we actually don't allow YouTube because the content is unpredictable.

For parties for children under 5, the jump portion should be about 30 - 40 mins and the party room shoukd be atleast one hour. This would allow for the birthday kid to open gifts.
