All the team members were excellent. Check-In was great. The kids had a ball.

Jhalia was very easy to reach and helpful in planning the party. Isaiah did a great job checking everyone in quickly and efficiently. Mariah was a fabulous party hostess and kept everything running smoothly. Only negative is that the online party scheduling did not work. But once I got a hold of people they were all terrific.

Our party host, Ciara, was extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated her assistance with the party, clean up, and attention to detail.

Our Party person was great . Sorry we couldn’t give a big tip . Party was planned a week before maybe next year we can do better. Thank you for having something fun to go to in the Durham area .

The staff was very helpful, professional and willing to assist. You didn't have to go looking for assistance if needed they were right there. We had 21 kids to attend the party. Your staff took their time to ensure everyone had what they needed and in a timely manner, much appreciated. According to kids this was the best party ever! One even said it was the best day of his life!

SkyZone treated my son well for his 5th birthday. We will definitely return next years our party host was AWESOME! Anything they could do they did, I absolutely LOVED it yesterday.

The team members assisting me with selecting the Birthday package that fit my needs and the needs of my guest. The party planner assigned to me was excellent!!! The overall staff was amazing.

The pizza was too small and thin. The price for the party was expensive. Food should come included in package and not separate.

It would be a nice incentive to let the birthday child, jump for free. Also, I have twins and I thought it was odd that I had to purchase a birthday shirt because only one was free. Just take into consideration some people have twins/triplets.
