The birthday party experience was great because once I sent the necessary information to the Sky Zone team, everything was out of my hands. I was able to have a fairly relaxed time at the park because our host took care of everything party related and because the staff members around the park were actively making sure that jumpers (the children in our party) stayed safe. I would definitely recommend a Sky Zone party to anyone and would definitely host another in the future.

The experience was amazing for kids and parents. we will come again to have fun.

The booking experience was easy and there was little I needed to do while there. It made it easier for me to enjoy.

The staff and management were extremely helpful and friendly to myself and the guests of our party. We have celebrated events here annually and the team is always a pleasure.

The children were very happy with all areas of jump. Was not too crowded. The hostess was very nice and helpful. The 1 hour in party room made the party very comfortable, not being rushed out.

From the moment I walked in to book the party, I was greeted by a friendly associate at the door and directed to the desk. The service while booking was professional and courteous. A week before the event, I called to upgrade and again was speaking to someone who was friendly and knowledgeable about my party reservation. Two days later, they called again to remind me about my guest list and go over the details again. It was an easy day for me, and the 37 jumpers had a wonderful time. The team assigned to us was patient and polite. If I needed anything, they addressed it with a smile. My son had the time of his life!

Our Host, Jasmin, was simply the best. Her level of customer service is outstanding. She was friendly, helpful and attentive. She deserves a promotion and a raise. She is a quality employee who can train others to be just as amazing. The pizza was delicious and the park was enjoyable.
