I didn’t have to prepare much at all, and I was very happy about that! The party decor package is a bit pricey for a few balloons and table cloths, it could use some work

The party host was wonderful. She was right on top of everything. She also was super friendly with the kids and wasn’t put off by them asking her a million questions.

Very nice party hostess and clean up was a breeze!

All calls were answered. Kids enjoyed playing in skyzone. Friendly service

Our party host did an excellent job and was so responsive, helping with everything in the party room! She also had everything set out for us...cake, candles, goodie bags, which was great! Also it was not very crowded which made for such a wonderful experience - the kids had a blast doing all the activities!

The party was easy to book, and it was a huge success. The staff were so friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Guests said they’ll be checking out Sky Zone near them.

Cameron, our host, was great and helped me out tremendously. He needed no directions for the party, and ensured everything came on time. The other workers were also friendly

I enjoyed that everything was done for us for the most part. Also enjoyed that it is made easy for the parents. The hostess took all of the items for the party and put it together which made our time more enjoyable.

We were lucky enough to have an empty party room to leave items and hang out prior to our jump time, which was really important in organizing a bunch of 4-5 year olds and parents. I highly recommend a dedicated or permanent prep-room for parties. Also, Dom was a fantastic host, but many of us arrived early and were meandering around in the way of everybody until he welcomed us to the unused prep room.
