We really liked Shaq he was awesome and friendly.

Shaq, our party host, was absolutely, unequivocally, one of THE BEST HUMANS we have ever had the pleasures of meeting. I, myself (the mother) am on the autism spectrum— so being in this environment on a busy Saturday was quite overwhelming, to be honest. That is of no fault of yours, and I came prepared with my headphones. However watching Shaq interact with my kids and their friends— it was honestly quite spectacular. He is truly a rare gem and I hope he makes it far in this company and far in his life beyond this company, where ever his life takes him. He is truly incredible. And I hope he sees this message because I do not take the time to write things like this or do surveys unless I have received outstanding service from people who have gone above and beyond. And that is exactly what has happened here. Not only from Shaq (but from the very first phone call). You all have been wonderful. Thank you.

Everything was great! I had a birthday party booked for my daughter and everything went very smooth. All of the staff was friendly and helpful with the whole process. Tasha was especially amazing with helping assist with my daughters birthday! I would definitely recommend anyone to come and we are already planning our next trip back!

Shaq (or Shack) is an AMAZING ASSET to Sky Zone!!! He alone made the party a HUGE success!!! LOVE HIM!!! The party was amazing and our guests had a BLAST!! My only complaint was that three of the pizzas were WAY overcooked!! Luckily, we ordered too many and Shaq served the other ones first. The pizza was super tasty, but the overcooked pizzas don't look like they will taste good. I put them in the freezer and I will try to feed them to kids, but I'm not sure they will eat them. They should

We all checked in with no problems. Our party room was ready when we were told it would be. Nobody got hurt.

I would highly recommend to all friends and family planing a party to host it at Sky Zone. From start to finish everything was a breeze. To top it off our party host Shaq was amazing. He made everyone feel welcomed and the kids loved him. Shaq should be training all of your party host. Thank you for a wonderful day, Meelah can't stop talking about what a great day she had.

Shaq was the best part of the party. The way he interacted with the kids during the party room was amazing. They absolutley loved his character.
