It was a great place to do my baby party. I was happy they had a place for the toddlers to play. It was a lot of things for the kids to do.

Overall satisfaction because of ease/stress free.My only complaint would be our party planners time management. paid $500 for the event and expected better execution of decorating/food delivery. Shaq was a great host/parents and kids loved him.

JC and his staff were amazing! Jc made this all so easy for me you have no idea how much I appreciate him!The service was so great that I left a $100 tip to everyone that helped that day, We rented out the entire place for my twins birthday.We usually have huge party’s for them. I’m Hispanic and have a very big family, Jc and his team did amazing Jc is the most nicest person to work with and super easy to get along with! He’s a great problem solver and is super honest about any questions you may have. I have never worked with such a great team before. The way he manages his team and had everything set for my family was just so impressive and amazing ! I would totally come back and work with him! He deserves a raise for organizing one of the best party’s we have ever had for my twins ! I appreciate everything JC and his team did for us. Also upper management for allowing us to have our family there ! Lizz.

Great atmosphere Staff were attentive Kids loved it

Manager was great and very helpful. The people helping the kids were very nice. The guy doing the cake and helping in the room were awesome

Employees were not present when I arrived. I walked over to concessions, no employees. 10 minutes I waited, paced and called out. Poor first time intro to SZ. When employees arrived, I was thrilled to see how organized and prompt our party got going. I soon forgot, the intro anxiety and anger brewing as I waited for staff at arrival.

I loved the experience a lot and like to come back again
