The staff at the check in counter explained nothing to us after checking everyone in. The pizza we got while in the party room was so cold. It tasted like a pre-frozen pizza stuck into an oven that doesn't work and barely thawed the pizza. It was better the second time around when they brought us new pizzas but the crust was burnt. They had to burn the pizza in order for it to be heated properly. I was also under the impression that there was a certain area for younger children to play. My toddlers almost got hit and knocked over so many times because kids are running all over the place. I understand it's a place meant for kids to do that but I shouldn't feel like I have to be on constant guard and be ready to stiff arm a kid who's running in our direction and paying no attention to who is around them.

Everything was awesome except the wipe out area kept getting shut down for whatever reason and the kids didn’t get to use it.

It was just too darned expensive. I was told our remaining balance was $133 and it was over $150. Nearly $300 for 8 kids to jump and have mediocre pizza? The "large" pizzas were a joke. They weren't very large at all. Thank God I ordered more. They were just ok, so they were overpriced. The staff completely forgot the goodie bags for the birthday kids. We had to go back and ask. They scrambled to get the bags together and still left items out. I had to wait in line to tell them the jumping tickets were not included in the bags. Disappointing. Rubin, our attendant, was great. A very nice young man. Very pleased with him.

Check in time was long. A few times there was no staff at the desk. I asked a few times for a cart to place belongings and presents before I got it.

The pizza was terrible. Most of the kids wouldn’t eat it. We had more than a whole pizza left and nobody wanted it. I think you should go back to ordering out or change how it is prepared. It was so small for the money and tasted terrible.

Once we figured out where to store our things for the party, everything went smoothly. I really like the activities for jumpers. Everyone had a great time.

I booked a party online and ended up needing to call being indtructions we’re never received. I called 48 hours prior to the party and was told that the servers crashed, but not to worry and to confirm details the the day of. The party check in was a little chaotic and I don’t think anyone actually checked our waivers. When party time rolled around, we were left just standing and waiting for instruction. I had met the party host, but no one had told us that we could just go and start jumping. Also, the pizzas in the party package were incredibly small. I’m not sure if they come in more than one size, but when I ordered additional pizza for the adults, I was told there was no charge. Luckily I ordered the extra, because two small pizzas weren’t going to be enough for 9 kids. Also, there was a lot of empty cups and napkins laying by the stairs by the video games. I also noticed that the video games were coated in dust. I expect some dirt, but the amount of dust was unacceptable.

Poor communication on scheduling a birthday party. The phone customer service rep gave wrong information on the party details: jump time allowance. It was resolved by a manager.
