The finch feeder had a broken plastic pin in the bottom release. I fixed with some epoxy.

I bought the Supreme blend seed. But curious, I asked about the difference of other seed blends. Curtly, I was told "they all attract birds", and offering no other information.

I don’t believe I got the member discount for the food that I bought. Didn’t realize it until I got home and did not get a receipt.

After I got home I realized that I did not receive the club discount. I called the store and was told my membership had expired. The clerk did not say anything so I ended up paying full price for the seed. Always in the past the clerk would tell me and I would renew my membership. Did not happen this time so it cost me an extra $9 or $10. When I called and explained what happened no offer was made to correct the overpayment and renew my membership

The location is convenient. This was my first time shopping at this store. I was very pleased the minute I walked into the store. Everything i needed was available and the service was excellent! I will definitely return to this store. Sincerely, Elke Hoffmann

I’m new to bird feeding and have purchased over $250 of product here in a short time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. On two shopping occasions with two different associates, I was told they guaranteed their products and if something didn’t work out, I could return it at any time. On this day, I came to return a squirrel baffle that the squirrel got over. The owner was not friendly, and told me they couldn’t accept the return because it had been used! I explained what her staff told me and she was as being insistent. I challenge her back and told her she should retrain her staff if that is her policy. I said I’d take store credit and she very reluctantly agreed. No apologies. Extremely poor customer service! I will NEVER shop in her store again.

The products are great and the curbside pickup is very much appreciated at this time. I can't wait until we are able to get back into the store to browse for new products.
