I had a problem with one of the items I purchased/received. Just so the owner knows the woodpecker suet metal basket did not tightly close so I bent the attached clips and thought that did the trick, but unfortunately a squirrel (I'm assuming) opened it easily and I found it half eaten on the ground, my dog chowing on some of it, which gave him a stomach ache. Just wanted to let the owner know so she can inform customers to secure it with a twist tie or something.

Elizabeth is always pleasant with customers and always professional. Always enjoy going to this store.

We have been in the store several times and had a really good experience with the other staff members. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. This gentleman just didn't seem to be as knowledgeable and did not offer many solutions for our squirrel problem.

They did not have the bird seed balls that I need available. Also, first employee seemed to have trouble locating my loyalty acct.

Had to contact the store to resolve a billing mistake.

Highly to me means that something unusual happened and this was a normal, usual go in and make a purchase and walk out - nothing special - just normal

I decided to join the club, but it was not made aware to me that it would only last till the end of the year, 3 weeks away, until after the transaction was finished, and that I would have to join , pay, again for next year.

Products are a little pricey. But I guess that is what you pay for quality bird products. Love the uniqueness of products available though.

I am a regular customer in this store and my savings was over $900.00 last year. I visited the store in December and was looking to purchase something and was asked 4 times within 5 minutes by different staff if I needed help and I replied I was looking. I was follow around the store like I was stealing something. I let my membership expire in February and will not return to this store.
