Birdseed prices are high. I am happy with the member discount though. Really missed not getting the free bird calendar at the end of last year. Maybe owner could offer it to members this year. Or at least have it at a discount price for members. Really miss the calendar!

I bit expensive

It's a great story. I do think it's a little pricey but it's a small independent so franchise so I get it I also wish you opened a little earlier on Sundays. Maybe 1130 or noon

Clean store with knowledgeable staff

The store id close to home, availability of products is usually good, quality is excellent.

I was very happy to find the humming bird nectar that I needed. I would like to see the same nectar from Sweet Seed in the larger bag so that I get more for my money.

still waiting for all of my purchase to arrive. I do understand the supply chain issues that cause delays.

There was a problem with the computer system and they could not ring up my gift card purchase. I drove 30 miles to specifically shop at Wild Birds but their computer issue caused me to have to go back a second time to complete the purchase. The employees were wonderful and even offered to personally deliver the purchase to me in my hometown, so I don't fault them at all, in fact, they went above and beyond to help me. Fortunately, they called me before we left Wake Forest and we were able to go back to pick up my gift card purchase.

We were greeted and asked if we needed help stated we wanted to browse first. Then the owner came and asked us again directly afterwards and proceeded to give us a very long speech about the store when we really were just looking around. It was a bit off putting shoppers know if they want help and that decision should be respected. She was knowledgeable and nice but I was not interested in hearing about the background of the store or items she wanted to push sales on. She should be more cognizant of what her patrons say and let them look around if that’s what they came in for.
