The store is beautiful and well kept and staff very friendly. Only problem was no availability of the item I went there for - an attractive bird seed canister container.

I was really excited for they did let me know about new products coming out. They are extremely knowledgeable of all products and care about the customer not wasting money, but investing in their hobby. Everything has worked for the birds around me. The honesty is truly why I return each time.

I waited more than a year for this store to open in Wake Forest and have visited it many times. Jeanne is so knowledgeable and has taught me so much. I now have 2 birdhouses in addition to 6 full size feeders and 5 treat feeders. Retirement has allowed me the time to enjoy feeding and watching the birds more than when I lived in WI (where I was first introduced to this franchise). Whenever I have questions about identifying a bird or the feeding of a certain species, I make a trip 4 miles to visit Jeanne.

the sales lady was helpful in discussing the bird seed. even took the birdseed I bought to my car! and unbeknownst to her I have RA!!! I am coming back very soon because the birds and yes the squirrels will go through this bag in no time!
