Delivery is always very fast, within only a day or two of ordering. Ease of ordering and having the option of free delivery service is especially appreciated.

I love Birds Unlimited. I never thought I would like a store that catered to wild birds, but we buy bird seed, bird houses, bird feeders and accessories for the feeders. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They have a great selection of everything bird and we love it.

Your attention to customer service is exemplary (wish others would follow your model). Delivery is great, and I much appreciate Joe who makes the deliveries. Several of my friends purchase their bird feed and other bird paraphernalia from WBU stores in Durham and Chapel Hill.

I've been shopping in store for several months now and it was nice to know that I could place an online order and receive free shipping on over $75 in merchandise without having to drive. I was very happy to receive more of your quality items and I just love all my Wild Birds Unlimited items!! The birds come hungry and leave happy... and bonus points for the baffled squirrels who simply have given up trying to climb the poles. Ha ha!
