The clerk who helped me was extremely busy in the short time I was there he had two curbside pick ups, phone ringing, a customer with a very large order and then my mother in law and I. But they did not stop him from delivering excellent customer service! He even assisted the customer in front of us with carrying her extremely large purchase out to her car. He answered ever question as if we were the only customers in the store but still with a great sense of urgency, if that’s even possible. Very happy to have this WBU nearby

Chris was awesome! He listened carefully and made specific suggestions to solve problems and help attract more birds to my yard. It was so much fun and I can't wait to come back again soon!

I have always been pleased with our Wake Forest store. The staff is so friendly and they have always had what I need in stock. Online and phone orders have been processed quickly and are always correct.
