This is the 3rd or 4th time Job (I beleive that is the associates name) has helped me, I really enjoy visiting the store when he is there. The first time he helped me, I was so impressed that he had only been there 1 week. I told him about some of my birds dying, and he was able to tell me about the problem with the Pine Siskin, needed to wash feeder.... He is a great asset to the store.

The overall experience. I love going there. My birds love the food. The products are amazing. The staff is just great and helpful and friendly.
