The store was out of the hot seed cylinders. Staff offered to ship them free to my address which they did. The products arrived quickly and in good condition.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and answers all questions without hesitation. They are so willing to assist in any way possible. Always enjoy visiting and shopping there.
