The associates were in the middle of resetting the display pieces in the wall and were still very welcoming of my partner and I entering the store. The sales associate that helped us asked all the right questions and we left with everything we were looking for and a little more.

After a rocky start (not being acknowledged by staff not attending customers), Dara S greeted us warmly (once finished serving her customer). She apologized for the oversight, and helped me purchase the jewelry desired.

I love visiting here, the sales associates are always very friendly and cheerful. This location has some of the best customer service I have every experienced.

It was the day before Mother's Day so it was a line out the door but the line moved fast. It was warm so as soon as it was room enough to put as many people in the store we were able to stand in line in the AC. And, the Store Associates were still calm, cool, and collective and wasn't trying to rush because of the crowd.
