I called the store to find out if they had an item in stock. They quickly found it and held it for me. They also searched to find out if they could order an item that had been retired. I noticed an item as I was leaving the store and asked if I could look at it even though they were closing. Jennifer said she didn't mind at all. She stayed late to show me the item and i purchased it. Great customer service!

The sales associate was very patient with me. She told me prices of the rings I was trying on. The store atmosphere was perfect.

The associate Barbara was extremely nice and helpful. This was my first time purchasing anything from pandora and my experience exceeded my expectations. The other associates in the store were friendly as well, overall great experience will be returning

This is a new Pandora store. I would have to drive many miles to go to a Pandora store. Dee was the associate who assisted me. Wow!! She did a great job! Nice up sale Dee! My wife will love the Pandora gift!

I went in to purchase a GC for a friend for Christmas. I was in and out in a flash. I would love to come back and shop for myself. I see there are a lot of new styles since my last purchase a few years ago. thank you

Had to exchange Christmas gift- past the 1/25/20 date- DeDe was kind, but Barb was less friendly. We wanted to exchange one for one, but she made it more difficult than it needed to be. The clasp was hard for my daughter to open and we wanted the slide-- she said it's easy when you do it enough-- the point is it was not easy for my daughter and she made her feel horrible. Very sad with the interaction with my child!!!

I went looking for the heart hoops that were on sale for black Friday , but were out of stock from the beginning. Today they had received them but they wouldn’t respect the discounted price that was offered when they were out of stock at all the stores in Chicago ( where I was visiting), in Indianapolis (where I live) or on-line. I had to pay the full price when they are still 35% off on-line but still not available. Not too happy with Pandora...

I came into the store a half an hour before close, but with a specific charm that I needed to buy for the next day. I told the woman the exact description that I had looked up in the car on the way to the store, but my phone died, so I was unable to show a picture. The associate did not understand what a "clip" was, and would not show me the rest of the rose-gold charms to be able to point it out if I saw it. She finally found the clips and said "if it is not here, we probably do not have it," though I knew that they did because my sister was there earlier that same day. The associate questioned me several times about my description and did not listen to what I was saying, in my opinion.
