Tiernan was best associate I have ever dealt with at that location. She spent lots of time helping me yesterday. Truly very nice girl. I will only go now when she's at work. The Mgr of that store comes off a little snooty from my previous visits The store is on warm side though it really needs to be cooler in there when its so hot outside. Also would like to see the jewelry boxes at this location especially since its a corporate store. Also was looking for some leather bands for charms and most were out of stock. I ended up with a nicer bracelet for a gift though because she told me about the great sale going on on the clearance items.

Customer service was excellent. Barb called me about the sale helped me find just the right charms for my bracelet. The manager, Cindy, showed me new inventory as well as last chance items and ensured I maximized my savings with the sale. They are super helpful and I always look forward to shopping at that store.

Sales staff was very professionally dressed. Quick assistance but no pressure to buy. Made a point to focus on exactly what I desired in a bracelet.

I was satisfied because of the friendliness of the associate that assisted us. I liked that her and the manager had a chemistry and both assisted and gave me advice. The store was very bright, clean and cool (it was a hot day) the merchandise was fully stocked and easy to look through

I was surprised to find a Pandora store in our outdoor mall. I was looking for a new charm, but thought I would have to find a store that carried a few Pandora charms. i was thrilled to see the selection I had to choose from.

Found what we liked. Staff was very helpful. Staff was very patient and were very kind.

we had a lunch reservations and wasn't able to complete the transactions before we were called to lunch. They had everything pulled and ready to buy when we returned. Very good customer service

I love my Pandora, building a bracelet for my granddaughter to keep and remember her Grammy in years to come.
