The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Barb spent a lot of time with me selecting charms. Cindy, the store manager, is always helpful, brings new items to my attention and makes great recommendations. Cindy also helps to ensure the checkout process goes smoothly - which can be complicated with all the skus and discounts.

I was so pleased that there was a sales person readily available to help me on such a busy day. My sales associate was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. The entire experience was so very pleasant that I will definitely be returning.
