Sales staff is knowledgable, enthusiastic, but NOT pushy. Staff dismantled a store display to make sure I had product I needed. Staff is very encouraging in my new hobby.

I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. I was met by an employee and they helped me get the product off the shelf. I paid for the product and was on my way very quickly (I was in a bit of a hurry and they did not hold me up, trying to sell me anything else...this quick service made me very happy.) I already know what I want to buy on my next visit to this store...a water bubbler for a bird bath!

The people who work at this store have been so helpful and able to answer any questions I've had so far. I enjoy going to the store to look and seeing the beautiful feeders throughout my yard. The birds and squirrels love the food!

I am new to blue bird houses, but John was very helpful with setting mine up, and all that I needed to do so.

The owner and staff are always welcoming and helpful. If there is any problem with my bird feeding set-up, they offer solutions and products to solve it. The location is fairly convenient to my house.

I was immediately welcomed when I came into the store. The 20# sack of Choice Blend I wanted to purchase was available. And one of the sales people was willing to take the 20# sack to my car, which was VERY helpful!
