The owner is extremely friendly. The owner/staff always appear happy to see you. Workshops/seminars that educate are offered periodically. Field trips to bird sanctuaries have also been offered.

The seeds and other bird food was what I expected and when I put it in my feeders the birds have had a field day. The feeders and bird houses where of good quality and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable.
