They had the merchandise that I wanted.

Staff greeted us immediately. Showed me what I was looking for and educated me on the item. Showed me other ideas that I might like for birds and squirrels.

Staff is always helpful and friendly and ready to offer suggestions. Merchandice offerings are fun to look at. Have gotten products that have helped make my birding experience more enjoyable.

My cup had a flaw, returned it and it was no problem changing it out. The cups are absolutely beautiful. I love all three that I bought. I know in my heart that the people I bought them for will go crazy over them. Thank you for your store.

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. She had lots of information about the products. Also was very polite.

I Love coming to the store and finding out what everyone has been seeing at their bird feeders and what I can do to attract more birds. The store is gorgeous and I enjoy looking at new items so I can add to my feeders. I am so glad they opened at this location because their are not that many locations; and the birds are spoiled on this food. If you think going to another store and buying "junk" bird food will keep the birds coming back; try running out of the good stuff; the birds will disappear!....and what's crazy is if your a bird member..(it costs a whopping $25 a year)...the good stuff is cheaper than the junk food!....not to mention all the coupons they mail and email you...If your a bird lover folks....THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME:<)...fyi....they also have bird presentations and bird walks for all those interested....

Love to shop Wild Birds and this new store is much closer and very convenient. The people of the store were very friendly and helpful.
