Love the quality and design of the feeders. I also love the knowledge and professionalism of the staff and more specifically, Johnna, whom I believe may be the store manager. She’s extremely helpful and patient with all my questions.

The store team member remembered me and my street name without even having to ask. They could tell me about the last purchase and reference if it worked well for me or not. They sincerely care about their patrons and all things bird!

Familiarity with the store layout and products. Been shopping there since early days with previous owners. Always able to get quick answers and peruse the displayed inventory. Knowledgeable staff offers additional information, sometimes answering questions I didn't know to ask....a nice "extra." It's the go-to place for birding supplies, and only 10 minutes or so from our home. Convenient to bundle WBU visit along with Publix, bank, UPS store, drugstore, etc. Well located.
