The bird seed is exceptional; the birds told me so. The staff is friendly and knows their stuff; I enjoy talking about what birds we have seen. I love roaming through the store and looking to see what's new.

Product build quality is outstanding. Options for the APS were great. Fully customizing the feeding was nice along with additional future add ons. Delivery was fast (Within 24hrs). We were surprised that the store owner brought it out. We would have loved to meet him, but we were out back and didn’t hear the doorbell.
