I have always been satisfied with the product quality and the friend staff.

The entire staff are knowledgable of bird feeding activity and diet for the current season. This store is well maintained and the layout is easy to manuver. Will return to purchase feeding platforms and seeds.

The cashier was quite knowledgeable and friendly. The merchandise was clearly tagged with prices and there were a lot of choices. It was pouring rain when I left and both employees went out of their way to make sure my purchase was covered and safe.

All of the staff are not only.very pleasant but very knowledgeable about the backyard birds. They also insisted on helping me to my car even though it was raining! I also loved the fact that we were able to share a birthday with Dr. Peterson...

I'm always satisfied when I come to the store with the staff and there knowledge of the of your product and what's going on in the area as far as birding.

Employee was very happy to answer my questions and show me the right options for the feeder I was looking for. She didn't push me towards a purchase but made me feel comfortable spending what I was happy with. I will definitely be coming back to get other things depending on what the birds end up liking.
