Bird Baths & Beyond is a friendly store in which to shop. I knew where everything was that I needed and was the only shopper there, so my total time from door in to door out was less than five minutes.

I placed an order for birdseed online, and was expecting that it would be delivered by FedEx over the next week or so. To my surprise, someone from my local store, literally knocked on my door a few hours later to give it to me. It was such a welcome surprise!

Attended a presentation about bluebirds by Dr. Peterson. It was very informative and answered questions we had about attracting and feeding bluebirds. While there Wildbirds honored their warranty on our old squirl proof feeder, which had deteriorated. they gave us a replacement part, on the spot!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she took the time to show me several things that I was interested in purchasing.

Great variety of merch. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind.
