I was delighted with my visit to Dreams , as soon as we arrived in the store we were welcomed by James 369 . James asked us what we were looking for and promptly looks us to the type of bed we had said he showed us serval beds in this category then said have a look and Give me a call if you decide or want any more info . Once we had looked at the vast choice we asked James for some advice as we were torn between two beds , he was happy to help and showed us some different colours which we could get . I was impressed as at this time I was using walking sticks after an operation and in pain so James gave me a sheet and offered me a cup of tea a very nice touch . We purchase the bed we wanted and the delivery date was good and as I can not knee at this time opted for the home install which means the bed will be made up and packaging removed . We would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends as the whole experience was made by James he was both friendly, helpful and very good on the technical side & fourth coming with every question we asked he is a credit to your company.
