Found the main product I was looking for. The assistant was very friendly and helpful

Staff who helped us were lovely, friendly and helpful. We tried so many beds and mattresses bur that was not a problem.

The sales guy, think his name was Martyn wasn't pushy at all, and everyone at the Chesterfield dreams were really friendly and welcoming. Was nice to be offered tea, coffee and water.

Drew was the sales assistant we dealt with, knowledgeable, friendly and not too pushy.

Rav was very helpful, we tested many mattresses. We also had a go on the sleep match, I would love this bed to take home. He offered us drinks and took his time explaining many products to us. He is an asset to Dreams.

Rav listened to what we required, explained the testing procedure and showed us the alternative types of bed and mattress and pillows. We were not rushed at all and were also given a very welcome drink. Overall the whole process was carried out in a very satisfactory and professional manner. This is the second bed that we have purchased through Rav and have been highly satisfied.

Drew and colleague extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy. Walked out of Bensons for beds who insulted our intelligence with rubbish sales patter. Drew struck a perfect balance.
