Stafff ( Drew ) were helpful, accomodating and patient. We never felt pressured into buying or making a decision that wasn't right for us. We were allowed to come to our own conclusions with advice and options when we needed them. We'd come in with fairly fixed ideas already but left with a different understanding and wider knowledge and experience. We were offered tea and coffee, water and were made to feel welcome, wanted and valued.

Katie in store was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products that were on offer. and although I probably tried nearly all of the bed in house never once did I feel hurried or pushed along.
