We went to lots of bed shops to look for our new bed and some places were cheaper than Dreams , however the key reason we went with Dreams was because of Denise who looked after us. Outstanding customer service, brilliant knowledge and lovely personality. She is a credit to your company.

Denise, the sales assistant was so supportive and helpful. I was with my mum who is 82 and partially sighted and she was patient and explained the products and options clearly.

Denise at the Ayr store couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. From the beginning of our visit she really took the time to understand exactly what we needed instead of selling us what she thought we needed. She even offered me, my mother and my 2 children drinks and refreshments. She deserves 5 stars and a pay rise!

Your colleague all the time you needed, I did not feel under any pressure to make any decisions. It was a breath of fresh air shopping in the store and your made me feel very comfortable while in the store.

From walking in to leaving the building I was well looked after, I was very happy with the customer service, looking forward to sleeping in my new when when it arrives.

We spoke to Andrew who was very knowledgeable about the products and couldn't have been more helpful, he was a star. If we had any negative comments it would be that the Dreams IT system is shocking ,but thanks to Andrew and his colleague we eventually got the sale closed. We just have a new home and will need further bedroom furniture. We will definitely be back to see Andrew and his colleagues . Thank you
