The staff were all fine but I didn't have a lot of time to hang around. however no issue

Despite big sale signs the product I purchased had very little off

Well the mattress was 1200 pound. The whole experience was fine.and we have purchased from you before so you must be doing something right.

Denise (?) was great but the colour of bed I wanted and also any headboard meant that delivery was too slow. We had to try different combinations of bed and headboard to see what could be delivered before my guests arrive on 16th April. I ended up with a cream base instead of mocha and no headboard which will be delivered on 11th which was the quickest date available from all the selections we tried. I visited store on 3rd April.

Was given wrong information on offers available when about to purchase. Once agreed to purchases and offers, the salesman then realised the offers didn't apply to the mattress I was buying as it was on clearance sale. Still a bargain price, I was disappointed but continued with the purchases.
