We were spoken to within minutes in the shop and taken to discuss what We were looking for. I felt informed never pressured which I liked. Also had two toddlers with me and staff great with them and weren't seen as inconvenient

Excellent service and knowledge of the product from the salesman.

Approachable and knowledgeable staff. Was able to come in to the shop, see exactly what I wanted. Order and be away from the store within 20 minutes.

For a new showroom with all new staff, their assistance and knowledge was exceptional. Special mention to kjetan who built a good rapport without the hard sell.

I was looking for a wooden bed frame. There were only 2 to choose from.

I was mostly highly satisfied ,but always looking for an even better price

Purchasing a £2244.00 Tempur Cooltouch Original 25SK Mattress for the first time this is a lot of money for a mattress that we have not slept on yet, so therefore I have put down neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

This is purely a personal reason & nothing to do with the staff or store, Its been a long time since i bought a good mattress & had no idea just how expensive they are now.

I could not get what I wanted straight away
