The assistance I received was fantastic they listened to what I was asking for and gave me the best possible advice I was also offered tea or coffee and as my phone had died the provideo me with a charger. The staffeta were extremely friendly and easy to talk to

We received very good customer care from the salesman during our visit. We’re not made to feel rushed at all. And no hard sell techniques which we find very odd putting.

Staff could not have been more helpful and patient, able to answer all my questions. I was in the store for about one and a half hours but never did the staff make me feel rushed. I am usually a hesitant shopper when it’s an expensive purchase but not on this occasion. I subsequently followed up my order with a few phone calls to the shop with more questions and had the same patient and helpful service.

Steve was a great help when finding a good mattress that suits my needs. He took in to consideration that I experience a lot of pain when sleeping and got me and my partner to try a few mattresses before trying the sleep match machine. He is a credit to your company and a great person to talk to. I thank him for all the help he gave me on my first time purchasing a mattress alone.
