We recently bought a mattress from the shop in Ayr using the new device that helps you choose. Last week We went back to buy a summer tog quilt. Got the same salesman who recognised us straight away. The store did not have any available however one is on order and being delivered this week.

The over all experience from start to finish was top notch. Denise was extremely helpful with everything.

The staff were excellent

We found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. More importantly we did not feel pressurised or rushed into buying.

Andrew was very efficient, polite and was able to understand the sort of mattress I required.

I was satisfied as there were plenty of different types of beds on display not to many to make it a hard decision but enought to make one. The staff were lovely

Stephen was very knowledgable about the mattresses and helped us find the perfect one as we weren’t at all sure what we were looking for. He showed us how to find our perfect mattress using the Sleepmatch machine which was fun & interesting! And made sure we tried out a variety of options available to find the right one for us!
